The NIMP line up has been announced and it covers a lot of ground showcasing the wide variety of music we have to offer. A snapshot of an outstanding list of shortlisted acts. Join us on Wednesday 15th November at the Ulster Hall when we will reveal the winners for 2023. The evening will also include a very special presentation Legend Award to Paul Brady by IMRO in recognition of his career as one of Ireland’s greatest artists of the last 50 years. The evening also includes a very special Joe Cassidy Chrysalis presentation and announcement of the recipient of a bursary set up by Joe’s family and friends, some of whom are travelling from Chicago and its celebrated venue the Metro especially for the occasion.

Wow! What a great year, that was possibly the toughest year to date, so much great music. So now that the counting and scoring has been completed we can reveal the shortlists for 2023. Thank you to our nominators for their time throughout the process and to the public and fans for your input so far.
Congratulations to all the acts that have made it through to this years shortlists and to all involved in the process regardless of lists, the level of music is something to be proud of. We look forward to celebrating the year of music with you on 15th November.
